Terms & Conditions – Copyright & Image Use

 

 1. Ownership of Copyright 
All photographs and creative works produced by Lisa Kemp Photography are and shall remain the sole property and copyright of Lisa Kemp Photography, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Copyright is not transferred to the Client under any circumstances.

2. Licence of Use
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images for:

• Personal purposes, and/or

• The promotion and marketing of the Client’s own business or organisation for which the work was commissioned.

 

3. Restrictions on Use
This licence does not permit resale, sublicensing, transfer to third parties, or any other use beyond those stated above. Any additional use requires prior written consent from Lisa Kemp Photography.

 

4. Responsibility & Liability
While every effort is made to protect your images, Lisa Kemp Photography is not responsible for any unauthorised use, reproduction, or alteration of the images by third parties. Clients agree to take reasonable steps to prevent such misuse.

 

5. Enforcement
Any unauthorised use of images outside of the agreed licence constitutes a copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, recovery of legal costs, and/or injunctive relief.

Copyright Legal Notice

The Client is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images solely for personal purposes and/or for the promotion and marketing of the Client’s own business or organisation for which the work was commissioned.

No rights are granted for resale, sublicensing, transfer to third parties, or any use beyond those expressly stated above. Any additional use requires the prior written consent of Lisa Kemp Photography. Copyright and ownership of all images are not transferred to the Client under any circumstances.

Lisa Kemp Photography shall not be held liable for any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or alteration of the images by third parties. The Client agrees to take reasonable steps to prevent such unauthorised use and acknowledges that responsibility for any misuse by third parties rests with the Client.

Any unauthorised use of the images beyond the scope of the licence granted shall constitute an infringement of copyright and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, legal costs, and/or injunctive relief.
